3. The Road Back:
Implementation

Once your authentic brand is established, it's time to take it home by implementing your brand into all of your offerings (and creating some new ones!).

 

Your brand implementation might look like:

  • Building your first profitable digital course.

  • Developing a curated social media strategy to turn followers into clients and make social feel more fun (or at the very least, less terrible).

  • Designing - or redesigning - your website so it looks and feels like you and your brand.

  • Writing copy for your website, blog, email list, etc. that sounds like you and your brand (not AI).

  • Creating marketing collateral for your clients, presentations, events, or launches.

  • Building out your Operations Manual so you can hand off responsibilities to your current or future team.

  • Honing your voice through a podcast, blog, or video format.

  • What do I need to prepare for my first Brand Discovery session?
    My goal is to make the branding process as easy and efficient as possible for you. This means you can show up to our first conversation just as you are, or you can send ideas and goals to me ahead of time. If it feels good to prep for our meeting, let me know and I'll send over some questions to get you started!
  • Can I skip the Brand Review and go straight to Brand Discovery?
    Brand Review is built into the Brand Discovery process, so if you dive right into Brand Discovery, we'll start there! If you choose to do your Brand Review first, you'll have the option to head off on your own after that or use your credit toward your Brand Discovery.
  • How do I get started?
    Fill out this form (scroll down to the bottom) or go straight to booking a complimentary 15-min call to get started! When you book a call, you'll be prompted to answer a couple of quick questions. Once I receive your intro call inquiry, we'll set up a time to connect and determine: Your goals and branding needs Terms and investment based on your goals and needs Then if we decide to move forward, we'll: Determine our timeline Schedule our first 90-min 1:1 session Set up your contract and payment link Decide if there's anything to do between now and our first session (e.g. schedule brand photos, etc.)
  • How do I know I need Brand Implementation?
    If you already have authentic, aligned branding (whether we created it together or not), you're ready for brand implementation! This looks really different from person to person and business to business. Implementation might mean: Building a new website Designing your first profitable digital course Developing a curated social media strategy to turn followers into clients and make social feel more fun (or at the very least, less terrible). Writing copy for your website, blog, email list, etc. that sounds like you and your brand (not AI). Creating marketing collateral for your clients, presentations, events, or launches. Building out your Operations Manual so you can hand off responsibilities to your current or future team. Honing your voice through a podcast, blog, or video format. If you have an existing brand book that you love and want to bring it into your website, social, course, or team, let me know! If you don't love your existing brand - or you haven't yet thought about it - it's best to start with a Brand Review or Brand Discovery.
  • Do you do video content?
    Depends on what you mean :) My background is in production, so I have a lot of experience creating digital content and commercials. Within Siren, I love creating digital courses and bringing your vision to life! If you're looking to create a digital course, I'll be with you the whole way, including: Big-picture brainstorm: Uncover your course topic, objectives, and outcome to set a great foundation for your course and a great experience for your audience. Course outline and scripts: Build out your course from start to finish including your syllabus, individual video outlines, scripts, handouts, and homework as needed. Production: Now for the fun part! Production includes everything from setting up your beautiful and branded filming space, to procuring cameras and lighting*, to pre-production and real-time coaching so you can showcase your best self on camera. Editing: Once your content is filmed, hone in on what you want your audience to experience with editing for content, audio, and color correction. Files delivered quickly with clear filenaming convention and includes one round of feedback. Publishing: All the pieces are in place, now let's get your course up on a hosting platform! Includes upload, homework/reading assignments, and landing page (design and copy). *Depending on equipment needs, may include additional cost If you're looking for a videographer for social content or a social media manager, I'm not your person but I can point you in the right direction.
  • How are Brand Implementation investments determined?
    Your business needs are unique, so you shouldn't have to pay for what you don't need. We'll create a customized plan and investment based on your goals, timeline, and budget. Most folks needing brand implementation opt for a retainer model, which looks like: Fluidity in goals and timelines to fit your growing business Multiple brand touchpoint build-outs as needed, e.g. website, social, email, marketing collateral, etc. Weekly 30-min Zoom check-in calls (can be rolled up to bi-weekly) An extra team member (me!) who is genuinely invested in your success and who knows your brand inside and out Bonus coaching as appropriate Recurring payments for as long as you need For those who are focused on building a digital course, there is a standalone project option that can be completed in 2-3 months. If you're the on-screen talent, we'll be reliant on your filming availability and energy for our timeline.
  • How do I get started?
    Send me an email or book a complimentary 15-min call to get started! When you schedule a call, you'll be prompted to answer a couple of quick questions. If you're emailing, feel free to use this as a template: "Hello! I'm interested in Brand Implementation for my [type of business], [name of business]. My main [goal/concern/question/interest] is _________. Do you have space during either of these windows to discuss? [Date/time option 1] [Date/time option 2] Thank you! [your name]" Once I receive your inquiry, we'll set up a time to connect and determine: Your goals and brand implementation needs Terms and investment based on your goals and needs Then if we decide to move forward, we'll: Determine any hard deadlines (e.g. launch dates) Schedule our weekly check-in meetings Set up your contract and payment link
